Green Acres has been farming the Noyyal basin for more than twenty-five years and is one of the larger consignors on the platform. The estate runs 640 acres under bore and canal irrigation, with a rotation built around paddy and maize. Parcels come to auction when a block is retired from the rotation, so the land offered is generally in good heart rather than exhausted. Every parcel is surveyed and title-checked before it is listed.
