About the Estate

A hill estate operating between 1,200 and 1,700 m, with mature tea and a cardamom understorey. Highland offers smaller hill parcels of ten to forty acres, usually with existing plantation already in bearing rather than bare land. Buyers take on a producing block from day one. Estate labour lines and processing access can be negotiated separately with each parcel.
