Westwood holds mature mango orchards alongside open grazing land, and brings both types to auction. The orchards are mostly Alphonso and Banganapalli on twenty to thirty year old rootstock. The grazing blocks are fenced, watered and currently leased to dairy operators on annual terms that a buyer can either continue or end. Existing lease terms are disclosed on every listing.
