Coconut Grove - 6 Acres, Full Bearing

Thrissur, Kerala · Consigned by Palm Grove Estates

An established coconut garden of 420 palms, most planted in the early 1980s and still yielding well above the district average. A nutmeg intercrop was put in twelve years ago and is now in bearing, which gives the block a second income line without competing with the palms. Palm Grove will manage the parcel on contract for a buyer who does not want to farm it directly - terms are negotiated separately and are not part of this lot.
