Banana Plantation - 10 Acres, Drip Fed

Belagavi, Karnataka · Consigned by Riverstone Agri Estates

Ten acres under a standing G9 banana crop, five months into the cycle, with the full drip and fertigation system in place. The standing crop transfers with the land, so the buyer takes the harvest at the end of this cycle. Road frontage is metalled, which matters for banana more than most crops because of how often the transport comes in.
