About This Event
A walking inspection of the riverside parcels that are currently in the auction, led by the estate manager. This is the practical way to see the lift irrigation set running, walk the boundaries and put questions about the soil and the water rights to someone who farms the land. Bidders who attend a field day consistently bid with more confidence. Wear boots. The ground is wet near the river even in a dry week.

- 07:00 - Assemble at the estate office

- 09:30 - Lift irrigation demonstration
- 11:00 - Walk: banana plantation parcel
- 12:00 - Questions with the estate manager over lunch
