About This Event
The main live auction day of the winter round, where every parcel currently listed online goes under the hammer in the room. Registered bidders get a numbered paddle and the full lot book on arrival. Online bids placed before the day are carried into the room and called alongside the floor, so an absentee bid is never simply dropped. Land records, survey sketches and soil reports for all lots are available for inspection from 8:00 AM in the document room.
